Today we decided to take it easy and hit the shopping malls, we were going to go to Ayuthaya to see the temple ruins but as we are still slightly jet lagged we thought we'd leave it until Tuesday. First we started off at Siam Square but as it is Sunday no where really opened until about 11 so we took a walk to MBK. I cant believe how many hours we have spent in here. It is now 16:30 and we are still here though taking a break from walking by sitting down on the internet :-)
We figured there was not much point in going back to the hotel to come all the way back again for tea so we are going to watch a film to kill some time (there is an entertainment floor with a cinema). The film we are going to see is called "The Curse of the Golden Flower". looks a bit House of Flying Daggers/Crouching Tigery and is in Thai with English subtitles but it should be good. Beats sitting in the hotel room doing nothing and the trailer for it which has been playing on huge plasma screens in the mall itself does look good.
Obviously this evening we shall be eating in MBK and then heading back to the hotel hopefully via a Thai Massage shop as we both ache like hell from all the walking we have done over the past few days.
